The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII Rs. 2.74 lakhs and 2 nos. vehicle

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-2026) achieved in at least two financial years (continuous period of 12 months) a minimum financial turnover of Rs.10.96lakhs. As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet with profit & loss account , with UDIN no duly certified by The Chartered Account

Pan and GST certificate enclosed

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.1.64 lakhs (Credit lines/Letters of Credit / Certificates from any Nationalized Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (Usually 30% of the amount of contract) un conditional Line of Credit allowed (Conditional Line of Credit not allowed)

Company/Firm Registration Certificate

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized (as per authorization form in Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India
