S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including dismanteling of old aluminium frame complete all as specified and directed.

Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board 6mm thick of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre or E-ceiling or similar material Board for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) including dismantling old AC/CGI/PVC/wooden or any pattern old sheet and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 18 mm thick HDHMR base material for cabinet finishes including all necessary fittings, approved including dismantling old unserviceable Cupboard shutter with frame complete all as specified and directed. Note:Laminate to be provided over cupboard base material.

S & F of 30mm width of flaps, Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Hettich/Godrej Interio/Wurfel Kuche or equivalent self clossing hinges hinges 75 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of New plastered surface of wall and Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, applying two coats of Oil bound emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.
