Manufacturing and Erection of flood light pole made out of 100 mm dia “B” class ISI marked GI pipe 6 meter long with earth stud and necessary GI reducer/coupling fixed with 80mm dia “B” class GI pipe 6 mtrs long inserted and welded at a span of 1 meter in 100 mm dia GI pipe along-with 2 nos Ms channel 2.0 mtr log fixed with necessary clamping arrangement /welding on top of 80 mm dia GI pipe for fixing of 200 Watt flood light in sequence as reqd to site condition . The bottom of pipe to be welded with 300 mm x 300mm x 6mm thick Ms base plate and foundation to done with cement concrete with painting of one coat of metallic primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (Silver) fixing of SMC box of 200 x 140 x 95mm (inside) the cement concrete to house 4 pole connector & 4 pole 40 amps MCB four pole with clamping arrangement for SMC box etc as reqd

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement: 3 Coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as reqd.

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to Is 7098 (Part-I) 1988 as applicable make : Havells or equivalent.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/DWC pipe as reqd upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required

Providing earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization of 80 to 100 microns length 2000 mm outer dia 50 mm inner dia 19mm inner space be filled with crystalline conductive mixture including filling up with electrode (back fill compound ) as reqd for safe earth electrode and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc as reqd.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as reqd.

SITC of out door type floor mounted cubical Panel board non extendable type LT of size 2.00m x 0.6 m x 0.4 3 phase 440 V 100 A with both side open i/c front double hang shutter with locking arrangement made with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, MS Angle, MS flat etc in different compartments to accommodate various size of switch gears and accessories as stated under etc i/c interconnection with suitable rating copper cable.
