Amount
Maintanance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes ruts and rectifying corrugated surface damaged edges and revelling as per clause 1906 including all leads and lefts as per directions of engineer in Chief.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 low porosity
Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 by mechanical means as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of trasportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
Bitumenious Concrete:-Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concretewith 100-120 TPH capacity batchtype computrised HMP producing an avarage out put oof 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggrigate of specified grading II premixed with VG-10 bitumenious binder as per job mix formula with minimum binder concrete of 5.4%to 5.6% of total weight of mix and filler,transportingthe hot mix to work site laying with hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the disered compction as per MORTH & Hspecification clause No. 509 complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorsing glass beads @250 gms per square meter area,thickness of 2.5 mm is execlusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
