MANPOWER

Providing of manpower (03 Nos.) for operation and upkeep of Laundry Equipments at Govt. Psychiatric Diseases Hospital, Srinagar for a period of 12 months post date of commissioning of the system.

CIVIL WORKS

Site Clearance including shifting of 30 KVA capacity DG set along with cables etc to DG Section of the hospital.

Demolishing of existing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of servicible material and disposal of un sericeable material with in 50 mtr lead , in cement mortar

Dismantlling of CG Sheet roofing including Truss work including Doors/windows/ventilators

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches ( not exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan) incl. dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m , incl. getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed ( All kinds of soils )for lead of 50mt from cutting edge.

Providing and fixing aluminum work (Polyester powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of polyester powder coated 50 microns) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (including cost of tower bolts, handles, panelling & dash fasteners but excluding cost of glass that shall be paid for separately.)

Providing CGS sheets roofing (Colour coated) fixed with polymer coated J/L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumin GI and limpet washers, or with GI limpet washers filled with while lead and including coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto pitch of 60 degrees ) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.

Providing and fitting Eaves Boarding plain G.S. sheets (Colour Coated) fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.
