Conducting topographical and contour survey in the premises with the help of Electronic total station showing all the existing features/structures such as existing boundry walls, existing gates main road, fields, well, tube well, big trees, pond, drain/nallah, Electric/Telephonic poles and lines, H.T. Line, Road building, fence, boundary line, underground and overhead tanks etc. and also showing the dimensions of all sides, angles and area calculations of the plot and determine the magnetic North at site Contouring should be done spot level at 3 meter interval on both sides of the grid and draw contours in the 0.5m contour interval by interpolation method. Plans should be prepared with clear dimensions and indications all features. Preparation of layout plan shall be done on computer using Auto Cad or other suitable software and providing seven hard copies and one soft copy of the same to department all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Drawings will be prepared in Auto Cad in latest version and shall be supplied in Digital/Computerised prints (minimum seven copies) for each site alongwith one soft copy in Pendrive for each site shall be submitted to the department.
