SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-07 (SINGLE JCOs LIVING) OF 326 LT AD REGT (COMP) UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masanory built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articals complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick Non skid ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for full body Vitrified Ceramic tiles scratch resistant/high grip 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor, lobby, stair, landing & treads etc. etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5.00 above but as in skirting / vertical surface, riser etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300 mm & 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surface of walls such as in dado, skirting etc; including and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles, including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall including raking out joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick ready to use cement based plaster (Ready Mix Plaster) with high quality polymer additive and well graded sand and fillers over wall of brick, stone or concrete including preparing the surfaces clean and made free from dirt, oil grease, concrete sealer or curing compound using a wire brush mopping . Dampen surface with clean water. Water to be mixed/preparation of mortar to be done as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9.00 above, but 5 mm thick on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
