Excavation over area, not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, for each additional 1.50m or part thereof beyond the first 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 155 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in wall , retaining wall, basement wall, ballast wall and the like, any thickness, above the top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified as directed.

M&L Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments , parapets and staircase railings and similar works including attached pillasters, buttresses etc. vertical or to batter complete all as specified as directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mld steel roof trusses ( framed) trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing ( Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distace pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe 410-W ( Gde E-250 Quality A)complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6), to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
