Routine maintenance of DG set from authorised service representative for not less than 11 visits in a calender year and whenever required as per direction of JE/AGE/GE with at least once in a month to attend the DG set 600 KVA capacity located at INS Angre regularly to carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance checks on diesel generating set (of any Make) and to carryout the under mentioned A ,B or C check/works during the calender year all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) Carry out maintenance/check as per maitenance schedule during every visit as per contract complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1 : All spare parts will be measured & paid saparately. Note 2 : Consumables like grease, cotton, screw etc.is deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor for comprehensive/routine maint. Supply of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weather proof incl complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of 5 KVA DG Set comprising of CPCB-IV, 3000 RPM, 4 Stroke , 1 cylinder, air cooled with radiator diesel engine coupled with NSM make 5 KVA /4 KW, 230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF, alternator complete with fuel tank, battery with leads, residential type silencer control panel with auto start stop facility all standard accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix insulation mat as per IS 15652:2006, having not less than 30kV dielectric strength and having insulation resistance of not less than 1MOhm, acid retardent, flame retardent, having width of 1.0mtr and length upto 2.0 mtr, of thickness 10 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing battery charger 12V- 10 Amps, fixed in the existing panel of DG set including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out ACB breaker for repair and servicing by disconnecting and dismantling the ACB breaker any rating Amps any make by carrying out repair/ servicing , checking and renewing the defective shunt trip coil & UV trip 415 V AC , checking and rectifying the defective CTs and rectifying the mechanism operation including spring charge system, reinstalling the same in the panel and providing necessary line and complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for the PVC board of appropriate size and thickness duly pasted with computerised letter mentioning " NO SMOKING" , " DANGER 11000 volts with skull and cross painted, " NO ADMISSION EXCEPT ON DUTY, " SM/MES NO." for the transformer/HT breakers/DG sets including accessories etc for the substations including accessories for properly fixing the same on wall/fencing/pole etc complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for outdoor display board of appropriate size and thickness (size upto 5m x 3m x 0.20m) with computerised 3D letter not less than 8 inches in blue colour on acrylic sheet mentioning name of substation with lighting arrangement at backside complete all as specified and directed . Note : The contents for the board will be provided by Engineer in charge and cost of fabrication of aluminium frame for the board is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for fixing standard shock treatment chart in English & Hindi duly framed and covered with glass complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing and servicing of fuel pump any capacity including necessary welding/ brazing work at site complete all as specified and directed .
