M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, surfaces finished even and fair including Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick, PCC Block or stone walls etc. and raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and then after preperation of newly plastered surface applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a layer of wall care putty of average thickness 1 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, surfaces finished even and fair including Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick,PCC Block or stone walls etc. and raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and then after preperation of newly plastered surface applying a layer of putty and then apply two coat of weather coat paint, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:3 as in ceiling finished even & fair including Taking down cement plaster of any description raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and then after preperation of surface apply three coat of white wash on ceilling, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, as in pavings/hard standing/path etc finished uneven and rough without using extra cement complete including Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick rubber moulded coloured finish chequered cement concrete tiles of approved size, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for providing precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking tiles 60 mm thick with grey cement and pigment of approved design and pattern laid over a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joint with sand, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles 600 x 300 x 7 mm to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colored tiles over 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of finished rough to receive the glazed tiles . including dismantling of existing tiles of any description or thickness in walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colored tiles over 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of finished rough to receive the glazed tiles . including dismantling of existing tiles of any description or thickness in walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles Edge cut 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectingular) {300 MM X 300 MM} as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.
