REPAIR MAINTENENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING LT PANEL CABLE AND OTHER MISC ITEMS AT AMMUNITION JETTY AT NAVAL STATION KARANJA

Dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made (CPRI approved) Indoor type LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, Indoor type, of Suitable size to accomodate the following accessories made, indoor type, out of CRCA sheet 3 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switch gear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders with Ics = 100% Icu in all MCCBs with extended Rotary Handle. The cubicle should be inclusive of following complete all as specified & directed.

(A) INCOMING - (i) ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 50 KA Ics=100% of Icu, Manual Drawout type with microprocessor release of capacity 630 Amps - 01 No (B) OUTGOING- (i) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 36 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 500 Amps – 01 No. (ii) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 36 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 400 Amps – 02 No. (iii) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 35 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 200 Amps – 01 No. (iv) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 35 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 160 Amps – 01 No. (v) MCCB thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 35 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 125 Amps – 02 No. (vi) Multi function meter having LCD Display, 96 x 96 sq.mm -01 No (vii) Current transformer of suitable ratio, Accuracy - 5VA, Class - 01 No. (viii) LED INDICATORS RIBBED LENS WITH TRIMMED COLLAR - Red, Yellow and Blue - 1 Each, (ix) Aluminium bus bar of Rating 700 Amp R-Y-B phases and Neutral. (x) Base frame for cubical mounting made out of 40x40x6mm equal angle iron duly painted. (xi) Foundation for the panel should provided with PCC 1:4:6 at a depth of 150 MM below G.L. and 100 MM above the G.L. with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables.

Supply & fixing, jointing, connecting & testing in trenches XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor in trenches / ducts of following sizes including taking out cable cover & cable complete all as specified and directed :

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in any type of soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point complete all as specified & directed..

M & L for dry river sand as sand cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layerscomplete all as specified & directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concret cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm complete all as specified & directed.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concret cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches specified for 40 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches for 50 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches specified for 80 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations ,filling and mass concrete includings necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm gradded stone aggregate) as in coping, including form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 40 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level and also the cost of the Test point. (ii) Joining of GI earth strip with pipe of the test point shall be done by using suitable cable lugs.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces of size 600MMX600MMX50MM with 2mm thick GI sheet around the slabs with provision of two nos of picking up points including demolition of existing PCC cover slab complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed.
