PROVIDING and FIXING OF MANDATORY / REGULATORY and CAUTIONARY / WARNING SIGN BOARDS AT THE ROAD FROM SEMILIGUDA-DAMANJODI JN. TO DAMANJODI AND INSIDE TOWNSHIP OF NALCO, DAMANJODI

Amount

1.1.1.Removing the excavated materials, debris of any description and any other waste materials, spoil heaps including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places etc. complete for the following leads. Removal upto 1km in Township/plant and mines area at low lying areas.

2.6.1.Earthwork in Excavation over areas in all type of soil ( exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan),including disposal of excavated earth within a lead of 50 mtrs and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

2.25.Back filling with available excavated earth (excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 Mtr and lift up-to 1.5 Mtr.

4.1.3.Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations, footings, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE) P.C.C 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 Graded stone aggregates of 20mm nominal size)

5.9.1.Centering and shuttering of Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete including struting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillers, posts, struts and stair cases and types of RCC work at all heights and depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

13.1.2.Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1 cemnt : 6 fine sand) using approved sand including curing etc. all complete for all height. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.8.Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (old work)

13.46.1.Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New / old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

13.61.1.Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

16.59.1.Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour ombination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer--in-charge. (All material shall be in the scope of Contractor). For Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm
