Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sketch fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using 3x1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade (Phase, neutral and earth wire) with proper colour coding drawn through and incl PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade (ISI Marked) of dia not less than 20mm and 1.5mm thick and connected to common earth dolly with 1.2mm thick GI/MS pressed steel sunken boxes of adequate size and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws including cutting chases grooves for concealed wiring for light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1) Conduit shall be fixed on surface/ceiling with necessay saddles where concealing of conduit is not feasible. 2) Rate of supplying and fixing GI/MS pressed sunken boxs and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note:- GI/MS boxes if required to be replaced, will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

All as per Srl item No 2 here-in-before for one two way point controlled by two switches.

S&F switch piano flush button single pole two way 16 Amp 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bell push, flush type, 5/6 Amp AC 230 Volt etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose PVC/polycarbonate, insulated body surface Bakelite 65mm dia three terminals.

S&F Bell Ding Dong AC 230 Volt, single Pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of sub Main Wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x6 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed flexible copper conductor 6 Sqmm size (green colour) cable as earthing lead connecting to main earthing dolly drawn drawn in and including suitable size concealed rigid medium grade PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia 1.5mm thick with all accessories incl cutting chases on wall and making good to the disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully electric meters from meter box after disconnecting electrically and repair/replacement of burnt links, cable peices, drawing cables through PVC flexible conduit of suitable size and refixng the electric meter in same or other indicated location in meter box and sealing meters with high grade tranparent polycarbonate material and galvanized steel wire of suitable length and making electric connections using copper/brass thimbles complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate of PVC flexible conduit deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) PVC wire shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

S&F in replacement of meter box for fixing of four single phase meters mouded without any joint, light weight, weather proof, shockproof material, grey colour with transparent cover, cable entry from bottom and or sides, concealed metal hinges, maintenance free suitable to accommodated one three phase energy energy meter including dismentling of old existing meter & meter box, breaking of seal of meter and fixing new meter box to flush in wall and making good all disturbed surfaces to match with existing specification and fixing existing electric energy meter in the box and making all electrical connections with proper thimbles,flexible pipes, refixing seals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20W wall mounted box type batten LED fitting having polycarbonate housing and diffuser and integrated electronic driver 220 V, AC complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with suitable size flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of LED fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing surface mounted, bulk head LED luminaire 10 W with and integrated electronic driver with system luminous efficacy ≥ 100 lumens/Watt operating voltage 140V-240V, IP 65 protection complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with suitable size flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of LED fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement distribution board iron clad, double door with IP-43 1K-09 protection including MCCB as incommer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts 3 phase 50 C/s 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper bus bar and neutral link, complete with one MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts 100 Amps rating with rupturing cap 16 KA of the same make as of distribution board & with MCBs i.e DP 63A-04 Nos and SP 6 to 32A-4 Nos of required size making connection with thimbles & including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site or directed.

M&L in replacement for TPN MCB DB 8 way sheet metal enclosures double door factory made 415 V AC, 50 Hz AC with IP 43 and IK 09 rating having fully insulated copper busbar, neautral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management including polyuthrene gasket complete fixed flush in wall including cutting chases on wall for taking out old DB and fixing of new DB and making good disturbed surface of wall with cement mortar and finishes to match exisiting surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for SPN MCB DB 8 way sheet metal enclosures double door 230 V AC, 50 Hz AC with IP 43 and IK 09 rating having fully insulated copper busbar, neautral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management including polyuthrene gasket complete fixed flush in wall including cutting chases on wall for taking out old DB and fixing of new DB and making good disturbed surface of wall with cement mortar and finishes to match exisiting surface complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing MCB SP 240V, 50Hz of rating 6 to 32 Amp, 'B' curve using suitable size copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 240V, 50Hz of rating 40 Amp, 'B' curve using suitable size copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 415V, 50Hz of rating 63 Amp, 'B' curve using suitable size copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED wall security lights of 35 Watt,230 V having pressure die cast aluminium housing with system lumens efficacy≥100 lumen/W, IP65 protection, IK07 rating, inbuilt electronic driver with PF>0.95 incl GI bracket of suitable dia bend to shape and fixed to wall by means of clamps or nuts bolts and connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using GI wire 4mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the erth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaing surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 1991 or directed and testing on completion.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling/road to match with existing specification) including taking out old cables, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling/road to match with existing specification) including taking out old cables, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable. Note:- Only punned thickness i.e 18cm will be measured and paid.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size. laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

M & L for tube , light grade galvanised of 40 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/through wall / under road/floor or pole by means of GI/MS clamps, nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
