Bidder should have manufactured and supplied at least 1 no of similar MRF/MSW processing facility of 4 TPD capacity in at least one of the last three years i.e. 2023-24 to 2025-26 to any central/state Govt organization/ULB or similar type of work done or performance certificate issued by competent authority of value not less than 12.80 lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in last three years i.e. 2023-24 to 2025-26 achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 16.01 lakhs. Audited balance sheet/ turnover certificate of the company duly audited/attedted by chartered accountants for the said financial year

The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. undertakings/ GeM Portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt & fraudulent business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc., during the past. Declaration to be submitted on Rs 100.00 stamp paper.
