Taking out old rusted LT Panel/Feeder box/bus bar box complete all as specified and directed.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT out door loop in loop out panel board (feeder box) with sloping canopy of size 1000mmx500mmx300mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coat of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cms height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 40x 10mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of one MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Amps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 36 KA as incomer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Bus Bar Box (junction box) with sloping canopy of size 1000mmx500mmx300mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coat of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cms height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 40x 10mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm size buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mm below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 25x4 mm size protected by 40 mm light grade pipe upto 7.5 m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 including necessary excavation earth work, drilling of holes for electrode, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover slab, 50 mm thick with 1:2:4 type B1, using 8 mm CTD bars 140 mm C/C both- way with suitable handle, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, charcoal, salt all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge including taking down old u/s earthing assembly complete all as specified and directed.
