Dismantling posts or struts ( steel) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embeded in brick work etc. complete all asspecified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and running rubbish from the site as specified and directed by engineer in charge

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 in using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all asspecified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Taking down existing chain link fencing of any size and thickness as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type as specified by Engineer in charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified.

M&L MS Angle Iron as in post and struts in finishing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc cutting and twisting necessary drilling bolting and reveting or welding including FI etc and similar works complete all as specified.

S&F 12mm dia length mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm long and n exc 10cm in length. complete all as specified.

Supply only Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated Surfaces of any description applying two coats of synthetic enamel ordinary tint over coat of red oxide of any description exc 10 cm girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed

M&L concertina razor tape barbed wire (reinforced barbed tape) with dia 1050 mm when unscratched central core wire made up from high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 hot dipped galvanized confirming IS 2629 with diameter 2.59 mm having UTS 145-160 Kg/Sqm and zinc coating 250-300 g/sqm inclding Electro galvanized steel strip 0.5mm (+ 0.02mm) thick width 19mm (before wrapping on central core wire), conforming to IS-1573, zinc coating 120 gm, sqm and bituminize dipped, width of barbs 11.05mm, pitch of barbs 25.4 mm (+ 0.02mm) including clips 1.5 mm thick & shall be AI SI 304, number of clips 125 for each coil. Coverage of per coil is 8.5 RM & weight of each coil is 14.00 Kg to 14.50 Kg for fixing as per detail & drg as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 ,finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint is camouflage pattern of any description over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bricks work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or cuvred on plan exc 6 mtr mean redius bult in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings,framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 410 - O or Fe 310 - O.

Supply & welded steel wire fabric and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight exceeding 4 Kg per Sq. M.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M&L Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepred for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running, also fasting and fixing complete. Fe 290 (Gde E-165) as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F 0.80 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths, covering to door shutter, covering to door chowkats ( frames), chullah hoods, water tanks,water trough, ducy, urinaltroughs and funnels etc. cut to size edges beded if directed holes punched including round headed screwes clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc with plain 40mm lap joint or welded/ riveted seams including bending turning up mitred angle stopped ends outlet etc as required. continuous ( pino ) hinges mild steel bright finished or electroglvanised width of flaps ( when open ) in mm30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 35 mm thick sand stone slabs,dressed close picked on exposed faces, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site.

Removing of soil/muddy soil/grass/vegetation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator or tractor/ manual means around toe wall ( not exceeding 0.3m in depth ), including dressing of sides and cleaning of bottom, lift upto 1.5 m , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 250 m from wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in 1:2:4 using 12.5mm aggregate, 35mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame (including Pre cast frame ),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Cost of Mild Steel Bars/Wire as Reinforcement will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M& L Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops or chamfered on edgesor coping as directed by Engineer in charge..

M&L for Expanded metal of size as directed to avoid birds nest to be fixed on brick wall with screw, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of existing Iron gates easing, adjusting, greasing of base wheels & top welding to bottom & top rail/wheels/channel/door frame, fixing MS roller etc, by mechanical means including minor repair/ welding etc. to gate leaf for noiseless smooth operation including replacement of damage parts and refixing the same at same place, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. The work shall be executed through any approved workshop with prior approval of GE, 2. All necessary safety measures shall be taken during execution of work. 3. All necessary repairs/minor items such as nut, bolt, washer, T&P, cranes etc shall be provided to ensure smooth closing/opening of the doors without any extra cost to the Govt.

Demolition of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons,cills etc laid bedded &pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) on Pillars and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
