Excavation in trenches in any type of soft / hard soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation / laying of pipes and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning for 8 cm before laying the cable and then after laying the cable 15 cm width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down.

Supply and fixing of Brick tiles common burnt clay building /ducts bricks’ sub-class `B’ Designation 75 (230mmx115mmx75mm) complete all as specified and as directed

Painting to steel tubular swaged poles 9/11 mtr long complete (except above the perimeter wall portion) including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & with pipe (if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and synthetic enamel paint from top of perimeter wall / PCC coping and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and Laying Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armoured, cables (heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade and connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls complete including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-CHarge of following sizes :- Note Item No 10.01 to Item No 10.09. M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. Note 2 - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 volts grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrinkable Lt straight through type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 KV grade cable for end joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrinkable type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.
