RATE CONTRACT FOR REPAIRING OF SUB STATION, AVR, HT/LT LINE AND OTHER ASSOCIATED ITEMS AT VARIOUS SITES UNDER BSNL ELECTRICAL DIVISION-I JAMMU IN BA JAMMU.(2022-23)

Charges for inspection and checking of fault in the Pole mounted Transformer Sub Station of various ratings varying from 25 KVA to 100 KVA including dismantling / opening of Transformer for fault analysis, including removal of minor faults , replacement of fuses etc. to make it functional and submission of detailed fault report highlighting remedial measures / material required for restoring the faulty Sub Station complete as required.

Charges for inspection and checking of fault in the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) of various ratings varying from 15 KVA to 250 KVA including dismantling / opening of AVR including removal of minor faults to make it functional and submission of detailed fault report highlighting remedial measures / material required for restoring the faulty AVR complete as required.

Rewinding / Replacement of damaged LV /HV winding of 25 KVA Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer including dismantling, refixing complete with testing and commissioning as per site requirement. (Note-1:-To & fro Cartage charges of transformer to workshop for repairs, if required, shall be responsibility of agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note-2:- Replaced / damaged component shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Rewinding / Replacement of damaged LV /HV winding of 63 KVA Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer including dismantling, refixing complete with testing and commissioning as per site requirement. (Note-1:-To & fro Cartage charges of transformer to workshop for repairs, if required, shall be responsibility of agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note-2:- Replaced / damaged component shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of the damaged HT/ LT Bush rod of Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer Substation including dismantling, installation complete with testing and commissioning of Sub Station as per site requirement. Refilling / topping up of Transformer oil of as found necessary during inspection of the Transformer Substation including carriage as per site requirement.

Replacement of damaged HT insulator for Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer Substation including dismantling, installation complete with testing and commissioning of Sub Station as per site requirement. (Note:- Replaced / damaged component shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of the damaged LT insulator for Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer Substation including dismantling, installation complete with testing and commissioning of Sub Station as per site requirement. (Note:- Replaced / damaged component shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Complete rewinding of all windings i.e. HT winding & LT winding of the burnt Transformer of 25 KVA complete with dismantling from DP structure / foundation, transportation from site to workshop/ factory, strip opening of Transformer, replacement of all the burnt windings (HT & LT) with new winding of suitable rating, providing varnishing insulation, drying the winding in oven, transportation of repaired Transformer back to site , re-installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer on existing DP structure / foundation complete as per site requirement. (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Complete rewinding of all windings i.e. HT winding & LT winding of the burnt Transformer of 63 KVA complete with dismantling from DP structure / foundation, transportation from site to workshop/ factory, strip opening of Transformer, replacement of all the burnt windings (HT & LT) with new winding of suitable rating, providing varnishing insulation, drying the winding in oven, transportation of repaired Transformer back to site , re-installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer on existing DP structure / foundation complete as per site requirement. (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Servo motor of 3 Kg-cm torque found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Servo motor 10 Kg-cm torque found faulty during inspection of AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Control Card found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of the Control transformer damaged components found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of the damaged/ faulty HV/ LV Cut Off unit found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Dimmer Coil (Variac) 60 A rating found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Dimmer Coil (Variac) 100 A rating found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Dimmer Coil (Variac) 150 A rating found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Dimmer Coil (Variac) 200 A rating found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Buck Boost Transformer 10 KVA rating found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of the damaged/ faulty Buck Boost Transformer 15 KVA rating found faulty during inspection of the AVR including dismantling old and Supplying, installing of new one complete with testing and commissioning of AVR as per site requirement. Replacement of damaged/ faulty 63 A, Panel interior On Load type, front operated Four Pole, 415 V 3-Phase Changeover switch complete with removal of faulty and S/F of new Changeover switch including interconnections , complete as required (BSNL Appd. Replacement of damaged/ faulty 63 A, 415 V, Four Pole, On load, Side Handle type Changeover switch having sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation on 3-Phase, 50 Hz supply complete with removal of faulty and S/F of new Changeover switch including interconnections , complete as required (BSNL Appd. Makes). (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of damaged/ faulty 100 A, 415 V, Four Pole, On load, Side Handle type Changeover switch having sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation on 3-Phase, 50 Hz supply complete with removal of faulty and S/F of new Changeover switch including interconnections , complete as required (BSNL Appd. Makes). (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of direct connected 3 phase, 4 wire, 40-400 A rating class 1.0 thread through type prodigy meter (for L.T. metering) accuracy class 1.0, frequency 50 Hz +-5%, voltage burden <1.0 w,1.5 VA per 10 KV conforming to relevant IS standard as per PDD specifications complete with Supplying, installation of 16 gauge M.S sheet box of suitable size for fixing of Prodigy meter for rain/weather protection as reqd. complete with connections with suitable gauge Aluminum condor un-armored cable, liasioning with PDD for providing shut down, sealing of meter, making entry in the system (record) of PDD etc. as reqd. Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear Station Type Polymer lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Replacement of faulty 3 pole Power Contactor suitable for 415 v, 3-phase ,50 Hz, AC supply of AC1 rating of 100 Amp (MNX 70 of L&T make or similar model of superior make) complete with removing faulty and supplying and fixing of new one complete as required ( BSNL approved makes) (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of faulty 3 pole Power Contactor suitable for 415 v, 3-phase ,50 Hz, AC supply of AC1 rating of 160 Amp (MNX 110 of L&T make or similar model of superior make) complete with removing faulty and supplying and fixing of new one complete as required ( BSNL approved makes) (Note-Unserviceable / damaged components shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Supplying and erection of 11 KV triple pole suitable capacity Gang operated air break switch (6 insulator, 3 Pc. set) complete with 25 mm dia. 3m long operating pipe, lock and handle etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing 3 pole MCCB, 100A rating of 16KA breaking capacity MCCB with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Replacement of faulty HT / ABC cable of 11 KV grade with fresh Aerial Bunched power cable (ABC Cable) of 11 KV grade of size 3 core x 35 Sq. mm. (Aluminium conductor Cross Linked Polythylene Insulated (XLPE) individual core screened) a/w load bearing (messanger) conductor 25 sq mm , confirming to IEC 60502 part 1 complete with laying as per site requirement (ISI).). (Note-Unserviceable / damaged cable shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of faulty / burnt LT cable of 1.1 KV grade with 3.5 x 25 sq mm XPLE insulated aluminum conductor steel armored cable of 1.1 KV grade including laying on surface/ wall etc. complete as required. (Note-Unserviceable / damaged cable shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of faulty / burnt LT cable of 1.1 KV grade with 3.5 x 50 sqmm XPLE insulated aluminum conductor steel armored cable of 1.1 KV grade including laying on surface/ wall etc. complete as required. (Note-Unserviceable / damaged cable shall be property of the agency, Rates shall be quoted accordingly)

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 35 sqmm of 3 core, XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 3.5 x 25 sq mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
