Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kind of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level in (1:3:6) grade with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggre-gates.

Stone filling hand packed including cost of stone in horizontal on level.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) & Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure

Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm dia (for weep holes)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete
