Improvement to Bhitiribediguba MIP in Bhanjanagar Block of Ganjam District under Repair, Renovation and Restoration grant for the year 2025-26.

Clearing shrub jungles and uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees of below 1 meter girth on pre-measurement including removal of debris and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and de-lifts etc., with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing and Clearing of deposited earth and silt with all leads and lifts (ordinary soil) to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including rough dressing and breaking clods to a maximum 5 to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.23 m in depth in proper slope and profile along with supply of all labour and tools & plants, all materials including all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design, drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken in the finished approved level section)

Earth work in excavation in hard soil with all leads, lifts, and delifts to proper profile and required depth of cutting and depositing the excavated earth to proper embankment profile with all leads lifts and delifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.30M in depth and depositing the balance soil if any clear of work with all leads lifts and delifts etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on the finished approved level section.1/6 th volume to be deducted towards settlement)

Excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. excepting all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014 cum in volume in reservoir area above DSL by mechanical means, loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil for dumping the excavated materials at designated place to be decided in consultation with district administration away from work site (bidders requested to visit site and assess Govt. land for disposal and quote rate accordingly, later claim for discrepancy in lead adopted in estimate and actual lead at time of disposal will not be entertained) including construction and maintenance and lighting of haul road including rough dressing and breaking clods maximum 5cm to 7 cm in size including supply of all labour, T&P as required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken at disposal site and desilted area of reservoir for checking quantity for accuracy, videography of pre, during & after desilting and the cost of videography is not included in this item).

Ramming or rolling Watering earth work and compaction by light HRR to earth layers not exceeding 22.5cm including hire and running charges of the all machineries, T&P and water complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying, and stacking moorum in regular box heaps measured as 1.5X1.5X0.44 of approved specification on compacted surface of earth dam or dyke for pre-measurement including transportation of moorum and conveying from stacks and spreading moorum on approved surface to the specified thickness and consolidation by watering, ramming or with H.R,R. to the required level with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with supply all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fine dressing and turfing to the slopes of the dam & dyke embankment with approved quality of compacted dub grass including collection of turf, conveyance to site with all leads, lifts & de-lifts including periodical watering till survival of turf to its full green growth and supply of all labour , T & P materials and labour cess required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement is to be taken after full survival of turf)

Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification for filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earth dam and dyke to proper slope and level with all lead and lift including all labour, Hire charges of machineries, cost of materials, royalty, T&P & all taxes excluding GST etc. complete completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading 40mm to 20mm size granite metal in filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earth dam and dyke to proper slope and level with all lead and lift including all labour, Hire charges of machineries, cost of materials, royalty, T&P & all taxes excluding GST etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within all leads and lifts as directed by EIC.

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in hard & gravelly soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. except all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014 cum in volume with all leads, lifts and delifts, including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc. including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished approved level section).

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) using 20mm and down, graded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, (excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod, GST) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for foundation & plinth).

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for Wall & Fins)

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment).

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty and other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing stone riprap to the slopes of earth dam and dyke with quarried and blasted granite stone boulders of size 0.30m (1 man stone) weighting not less then 40 Kg including dumping on slopes filling interstices with small stones and wedges and packing surface to proper line and levels including fixing wave breakers with all leads and lifts labour, Hire charges of machineries, T&P & all taxes excluding GST etc. complete as directed by the EIC.(No deduction towards voids in finished section.)

Rough Stone Dry packing in aprons & revetments to all heights & thickness profile and level using hard granite broken stone of 30 cm. and above size weighting 75 kg and above of approved quality, quarried, free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials and T&P along with supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough Stone Dry packing with departmental stone in approns and revetments to all heights & thickness using hard granite broken stone of 30 cm. and above size of approved quality free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone by wedging & hammering to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes excluding GST of all materials including labour cess, all labour and T&P materials required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying RCC Hume pipes (NP3) with collar, jointing with Cement mortar, twisted and coal tarred hemp yarn including caulking and filling with cement mortar (1:3) including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC Hume Pipe and including supply of all labour and T&P etc. to complete the work or as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (450mm dia RCC Pipe)
