CIVIL PART(Sl no- 8 to 31) Clearing of grass, vegetation and plants growth on ground or from chajja, roof, over head tank bottom, rain water mouth etc. and removal of rubbish out side the periphery of the area cleared up to a lead of 3.0KM as per the direction of Manager-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil including soft rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundations, drain, trenches, pavements, manholes, wall footings, pipe lines, cable trenches, pits and over area cuttings etc. for all kinds of works including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal or stacking of surplus excavated materials within a lead up to 50 mtrs, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed as directed with all cost complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering for all works at all depth and heights complete. 1:5:10 Using 40mm & down size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the water proofing compounds (Sika/Dr. Fixit) as per the manufacturer's dosage and excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of EIC - For all works in super structure above plinth level

Supplying and filling of sand in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 200mm including watering, ramming, compacting, leveling, dressing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying brick masonry work with modular fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) etc complete as per specification and direction of EIC. -In superstructure at all height above plinth level

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 for all height including curing, scaffolding, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete for interior side.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 for all height including curing, scaffolding, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete for external side.

Providing and applying wall putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.- Birla putty/JK /sika or equivalent

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface

Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade in wall, ceiling of any kinds including cleaning and preparation of surface with all bye works as per instruction of EIC- New work (two or more coats)

Providing and applying with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved brand i.e. "Berger Weather coat Long life/ Asian Apex Ultima/ Nerolac Excel Total /Dulux Weather Shield Max" of required shade applied @ 0.83 Ltr/ 10 Sqm including cleaning preparation of surface at all height and location with all bye work complete as per specification and direction of EIC. to give an even shade.- Old work (one or more coats)

Providing reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting bending, binding with 18 gauge black enneld wire and placing in position complete with mild steel/ TMT bars.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :is1868 along with providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in charge with float glass panes (plain & colour) 4.0mm thick, locks and snap beading.

Providing and installing 3 mm thick aluminium chequered plates including all tools and tackles

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutter (manually operated) made of corrugated mild steel painted with primer and aluminium spray paint along with all necessary auxilliary parts complete including tools and tackles

Dismantling/ demolishing of Brick work in sub structure like foundation, plinth, drain etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.

Dismantling/ demolishing of Brick work with cement mortar in super structure+B235 including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.
