PART -A Operation of Electro Mechanical Services.

Providing round the clock operation of the following electro-mechanical equipments for keeping the equipment in working condition etc., as per the schedule attached in the specifications.

I) Substation indoor type (1250KVA Dry Type Transformers - 3Nos). II) DG SETS (600 KVA - 4Nos, 725 KVA- 2Nos). III) HT, LT panels , Synchronisation Panel. & Capacitor Panels etc IV) EI & Fans. V) Pumps. VI) Compound Lighting.

A. Un Skilled Operator (2 Operators per Shift) Note: EPF/ESI charges are not to be included in the quoted rate as the same will be reimbursed as per actual to the vendor on submission of proof of payment.

PART B : Maintenance of 3 x 1250 kVA Substation

General servicing of 4 panel HT panel consisting of 4Nos VCB 630A capacity, checking and cleaning of bus bar and cable chambers, checking of 50Volts DC and AC control supply and HT CT Connections, checking Heaters and Thermostats, Cleaning of HT terminations including rectification of minor wiring corrections, General servicing of existing 630A capacity VCB in the HT panel, cleaning of contacts with CTC, checking of electrical and manual spring charge system, adgesting of trip bridge & shunt trip settings, applying oil and grease for moving contacts checking of interconnections from the IDMT relay to VCB, Meggaring with 5000v Insulation Tester including submitting of test report, reporting the major problems as reqd.,

General servicing of 1250 KVA Dry Type Transformer, checking of HT Cable Termination, cleaning with blower removing of dust, and checking of I R Values with 5000 volts Insulation Tester submitting of Test report as reqd.,

General servicing of MV panels, Essential Panels, Sync Panels, Capacitor Panels and by checking for any loose wires, contacts, tightening the bus link bolts, checking of overheating of any cable terminations, rectifying the defects if any, cleaning the complete panel with blower to remove the dust, closing of any unused cable entry holes in cable chamber etc., as required.

General servicing of various capacity Bus Trunkings at Transformers, Essential Panels, Power room Panels, Sync Panels by checking for any loose contacts, tightening the bus link bolts, checking of overheating of any Joints/terminations, rectifying the defects if any, cleaning the complete trunking with blower to remove the dust, closing of any anused cable entry holes etc., as required.

General servicing of existing 2500/1000 Amps capacity ACB in the MV panel, cleaning of contacts with CTC, checking of trip bridge, shunt trip, UV coil, applying oil and grease for moving contacts, checking of interconnections from the IDMT relay to ACB and other minor connected works

General servicing of existing 11kv, 400 amps, 3 pole Gang operated type Air Break switch including cleaning of contacts replacing of metal parts if any burnt-out, checking of alignment for 3poles, applying of oil and grease, making free operation, Cleaning of HG fuse arching Rods, providing new HG fuses as reqrd.,

Testing of the existing IDMT relays in HT Panel by secondary injection method and adjusting the relay setting as per the exchange load, submitting the test reports to the engineer in charge etc as required.

Replacement of following accessories suitable for operation on 230/ 415/ 110V, AC supply in the existing HT PANEL/ MV PANEL/ CAPACITOR PANEL including removing of faulty accessories, providing internal connections etc., as required.

Replacemet i/c wiring and Programming of Electronic type IDMT Relays for 3 nos LT Mains Incoming ACBs including removing of faulty Relays, providing new control wiring, programming etc as reqrd., [L&T Make, MC 61 Anx of L & T]

Attending HT Breakdown inlcuding identifying the nature of problem testing the structure, Meggaring the cables, isolating the fault, temporary arrangement of fault, testing etc,.as required.

PART C : Maintenance of 4 x 600 kVA DG Sets

Providing Annaual General Servicing of 600 kVA DG Set as per the Manufacturers Standards including draining out the existing oil, filling new lubricating oil fixing of the filter kits, adjusting the belt tensions, cleaning the EA set and testing on exchange load as required

Supplying and replacing of the following OEM approved B-Check items suitable for600 kVA DG Set etc., as required.

Providing Engine lube oil 15w/40 grade

Supply and fixing of Air filter Assembly - set comprising 2 Inner, 2 Outer elements

Supplying and fixing of heavy duty fuel flexible braided hydraullic hoses

Supplying and fixing of V-Belts 2 Nos.,per EA set

Providing repairing / servicing of existing Radiator by dismantling, descalling with suitable chemicals,cleaning of radiator core internally and externally, opening of top and botton tanks including necessary cleaning, changing of gaskets, rectification of water leakages with soldering and providing black enamelled paint including transportation to work shop and back to site and re assembling & testing and commissiong etc, complete, as required.

Replacement of Automatic Volltage Regulator (AVR) including replacing of old and fixing with new one suitable for the existing Alternator

Replacement of Engine Controller ( for tripping of the Engine i/c all safety parameters like Low lub oil pressure, High cooling temperature, Radiatial Water Level Sensor including common faults complete etc., as required).

Replacement of existing Dynamo including replacing of cut out, carbon bushes, armature winding, seal, bushes, etc., as requred incuding dismantling and refixing of the same.

Providing repairing/servicing of existing self starter including replacing of field coil, armature winding, clutch plate assembly, solenoid coil, pinion, oil seal bush, carbon bushes etc., as required.

Providing calibration of fuel injection pump assembly including testing at test bench etc as required.( spares replacement will be extra after opening of the same as per requirement at MICO Work shop)

Attending to break down complaint of EA set including checking, rectifying the minor faults, testing the EA set on exchange load as reqd( per set per visit)

Providing and fixig new 12V 180AH lead acid battery for the existig DG Set including making interconnections, initial charging, testing as required. (Make of the battery shall be as per the BSNL approved product Directory)

PART D : Maintenance of 2 x 725 kVA DG Sets

Providing Annaual General Servicing of following DG Sets as per the Manufacturers Standards including draining out the existing oil, filling new lubricating oil fixing of the filter kits, adjusting the belt tensions, cleaning the EA set and testing on exchange load as required

Supplying and replacing of the following OEM approved B-Check items suitable for 725 kVA DG Set etc., as required.

Attending to break down complaint of EA set including checking, rectifying the minor faults, testing the EA set on exchange load as reqd( per set per visit)

Providing repairing/servicing of existing self starter including replacing of field coil, armature winding, clutch plate assembly, solinoid coil, pinion, oil seal bush, carbon bushes etc., as required.

Cleaning of Diesel tank i.c replacement of level pipes ,minor repairs , stand repairs

Transportation of diesel oil (1200 Litres) from nearby authorised petrol station to Osmania university exchange campus (approx. 10 km to and fro) including carrying of empty barrels, loading and unloading at both the locations etc., as req.

Providing and fixing new 12V 160 Ah maintenance free battery suitable for 725 KVA DG Set for the existing DG Set including making interconnections testing as required. Make M/s Cumins AX1012845, Pulse lite of similar superior make.
