REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL WIRING, EARTHING, DISTRIBUTIONS DBs, DISTRIBUTION CABLES AND OTHER INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION RELATED ITEMS AND REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF WINTER AND SUMMER APPLIANCES AT CQA ICV YEDDUMAILARAM AREA UNDER GE GOLCONDA

Taking down carefully existing point wiring of any description for (light, fan, sockets bells etc.) complete including fittings such as sunken boxes, switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets ,fittings, pendants, fan regulators etc. and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring /Service wire of any description and size including earth wire, batten, conduits and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Point wiring for one light point/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductor cable PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi stand flexible cable and 1.50 sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable ( green colour) as earth lead in and including PVC rigid conduit with all fittings for concealed/surface type on stone / brick, masonry walls, roof etc. including new CI/MS sunken box of required size and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for housing switches sockets, regulators etc. including making good the disturbed surfaces during cutting/running chases, pinning in to match with the existing specification, complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : Cutting/running chases, pinning in shall be measured separately for concealed point wiring ( One Concealed Point wiring shall be measured as 2.5 RM Cutting/running chases, pinning in.)

All as per item no.03 but One 3 pin 5/6 Amps switch socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.03 but One 3 pin 5/6 Amps switch socket outlet on same board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.03 but for One 3 pin 15 / 16 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board with 2.5 sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi stand flexible cable and 2.5 sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable (green colour) as earth lead complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing point wiring with 1.5 sq. mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with appropriate size with all fittings (ISI Marked) suitable for concealed wiring on stone/brick, masonry walls, roof etc. including modular sunken box of adequate size with suitable modular plate cover for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ ceiling for one light/ fan /bell point controlled by one way modular switches including one run 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including cutting/running chases, pinning in and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification, complete all as specified & directed at site. Note : Cutting/running chases, pinning in shall be measured separately for concealed point wiring ( One Concealed Point wiring shall be measured as 2.5 RM Cutting/running chases, pinning in.)

All as per Item No.7 above but one 5 Amps 3/5 pin modular socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and as directed at site.
