EARTH WORK

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth. sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

WATER SUPPLY

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work

Excavation and filling excavated Nallah gravel for formation of a slopy gravel bund on the upstream and downstream side of weir including the cost of cutting, loading , trasportation with in a lead of 200 mtr. in side the dam area, unloading and filling etc complete by mechanical equipments and manually dressing the surface to maine slop etc, complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in sourse and required profile with hammer dressed stone having no side less than 15 cm with minimum depth of 20 cm inclduing prepparing the dedding surface etc. and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) i/c ost of stone boulder all complete as per the direction f Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of kirloskar make 4R1040T Diesel Engine, 72 HP coupled with kirloskar make DSM 100/36 pump @1500 RPM water cooled having discharge of 22 ltr/sec, head 130 mtr, suction & delivery of 125 x 100mm with base frame for engine & pump with foundation nut & bolt, suitable coupling arrangement with 12 V battery starting arrangement Nor Max foot valve 5" dia with suction and delivery flange 4" dia. Non return valve, fuel tank GI fitting for silencer etc as required and directed by Engineer in charge.
