Taking down existing Highbay light fittings of any type and capacity provided at any height from Hangars / Workshop buildings carefully and depositing in MES Storeyard of AGE E/M complete all as directed.

S&F, LED Highbay 120W powder coated light fitting suitable for suspension mounting at any height in Hangers/Workshop with aluminum alloy pressure die cast housing and control gear box with high efficiency long life LEDs with lumen output not less than 15600lm(+10%) with specified beam angle to ensure better uniformity of light distribution, IP65 Protection and impact resistance of IK07, built in electronic driver, lower THD, open circuit protection, over surge and voltage protection complete with all accessories complete all as specified. Make: Havells CAT No. SAUCERNEOP120WLED75760DLTG or Wipro CAT No LH21-192-060-57-XX or Bajaj CAT No BGHBC 120W LED XL NB or techno commercially equivalent in Phillips.

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of necessary Elevators/Crane/Genie for fixing the light fittings.

2. Contractor shall produce LM-79 and LM-80 certficate for the luminaires supplied by OEM before claiming any payment.

M&L, Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made of copper all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion, taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 25mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl Page No. 422 of SSR Part-II.

Note 2: Earthing lead beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.

M&L, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25x4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion, taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, copper earth strip 20 x 3mm buried in ground or fixed on wall or drawn through pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation as in earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, GI earth strip 25 x 4mm buried in ground or fixed on wall or drawn through pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation as in earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, porcelain spacer insulaor with one GI stud bolt with nut and washer with necessary drilling for bolt hole for holding / fixing roof conductor/lightning conductor of lightining complete all as specified and directed. Make: Oblum, Jaipuria, Jayashree, Elpro

S&F, mild steel clamp made out of suitable size flat bent to shape, including drilling holes, bolts & nuts, washers etc., for fixing light fittings to steel truss/RCC slab conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Size of flat shall be as directed by EIC. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of dashthru bolt for fixing clamp to RCC slab as per site requirement.
