Fabrication, erection of sub-station type double pole on 8.5 mtr long PCC/11 mtr. Long ST pole along with fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including supply & fixing of straight MS 100x50mm top channel (2240mm long) one no. dropper channel/Angle 100x50 mm 2 nos. with arrangement of fixing 3 nos. pin insulator as per RESPO specification and direction of E/I. Only pole & insulator supplied by the deppt.

Dragging of ST/PCC pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO norms) of 11KV 9/11/8.5 mtr long ST/PCC pole with fixing of necessary items, such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11KV Pin/Disc insulator, guarding angle(1.8 mm65x65x6) with nut & bolts its ramming as per RESSPO Specification. Only pole & insulator shall be supplied by the department.

Fabrication, erection T-Off pole single section pole along with T-Off channel clamp disc fitting & pin accessories, grouting in 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast as per RESPO specification. Only pole and insulator shall be supplied by the department.

Dragging of ST/PCC Pole from dump store to pit site, digging of pit erection & grouting (As per RESPO norms) of LT support suitable for laying of ABC line on 8.5mtr long PCC pole by providing of necessary eye hook/LT shackle insulator with clamps and its accessories etc. as per RESPO specification. Only Pole will be provided by the department.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 meters with help of 1st class bricks and massonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse, filling the structure completely as per norms with RCC top 1:2:2 cement, sand coarse, stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting T/F. All material shall be arranged by the contractor.

Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angle the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mess. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with MS flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Construction of masonry type Distribution Pillar box with first class brick ballast cement, coarse sand, local sand, brick ballast and MS Round bar of 10 mm dia including supply and mounting of 02 nos. Straight MS Angle 50x50x6x750 mm- 2 nos., Henely type tailless fuse units 500 Amps. 650 Volts one no. for incoming and other for outgoing, Copper bus bar 4 nos. 1000x50x6 mm with locking arrangement made of 18 SWG BP Sheet.

Providing and fixing of 11 KV DO fuse set along with clamps & nut bolts on existing of double pole.

Providing and fixing of 11 KV TPMO along with clamps & nut bolts on existing of double pole.

Ordinary earthing by MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. Only GI wire& Earth rod shall be supplied by the department.

Grouting and Nuzzling of stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand: brick ballast: cement). Only Stay wire shall be supplied by the Department.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase 3 wire 11 KV line on ACSR weasel/rabbit/Raccoon/Dog conductor as per RESPO specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing of guarding angle on existing 11 KV support with clamp and nut bolts.

Cradle guarding of HT line by GI wire. GI wire shall be supplied by the department.

Erection & commissioning of (3x120/95/70/25/16 Sq.mm) Aerial Bunched Conductor.

Laying of cable 11 KV XLPE cable (3x35/70/120/170/185) sqmm in kaccha road by digging of trench laying cable with frist class brick bixing and sand, as RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Laying of cable 11 KV XLPE cable (3x35/70/120/170/185) sqmm in pakka road by boring method laying cable as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Hoisting of 11 KV XLPE Cable will be passed through MS pipe of required size duly clamped with pole at the bottom, middle and top of the pole.

Laying of LT PVC Cable 1x400/3.5x240 SQMM as RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV Cable joining kit O/D and I/D.

Installation of 11 KV CT/PT on double pole connected with metering unit along with providing and fixing of all accessories such as S/S base, MS flat, clamps, nut and bolts its jumpering and commissioning.

Construction of brick masonry plinth suitable for Installation of 11 KV Pilfer metering cubical along with plastering.

Dragging of 11 KV Pilfer metering cubical inside the metering room, its installation and commissioning.

Fixing of 3 phase distribution box/kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps and material required for mounting connections and sealing.

Earthing of T/F Pipe type with 60 fit deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia (60 fit GI Pipe) and GI strip 25x5 mmx6 meter long attached with clamps, L piece, nut & bolts and GI Pipe Cap. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.

Safe Installation of 10/16 KVA T/F on double pole by providing and fixing of all accessories along with making HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Safe Installation of 25 KVA T/F on double pole by providing and fixing of all accessories along with making HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Safe Installation of 63/100 KVA T/F on double pole by providing and fixing of all accessories along with making HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Safe Installation of 250/400 KVA T/F on double pole by providing and fixing of all accessories along with making HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Safe Installation of 11 KV VCB/O/G CTR 200/100/5A 350 MVA VCB and its commissioning.

Cutting and chopping of tree branches for clearance of HT/LT Line. After clearance line throughout pieces of tree branches of site.

Dismantling of 10/25/63/100 KVA T/F on double pole along with dragging, loading cartage and unloading to work site J.E dump store/Central store.

Dismantling of 250 KVA T/F on exsiting plinth along with dragging, loading cartage and unloading to work site J.E dump store/Central store.

Strengthening double pole by replacement of top channel sub station base angle suitable for 100 KVA T/F.

Dismantling of PCC/LT pole its cartage up to JE;s dump store. After sifting Line on new erected pole.

Dismantling of LT/HT line including rolling back its conductor, wire, including stacking & transpiration of these materials form site to JE dump store/Central Store Daliganj, Lucknow.
