Cutting in earth work and disposal of execavated earth up to all leads & lifts jumper work.

Removal of unsuitable soil i/c excavation loading & disposal upto 4000m lead but excluding compaction of ground supporting embankment sub grade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per clause 303.52 as per technical specification 302.3.11

Water bound macadam grading 1:- P/L spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the requried density grading 1 as per technical specification clause 405 by mechanical means i/c carriage of material within all leades & lifts (90 to 40mm).

Water bound macadam grading 2:- P/L spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the requried density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405 by mechanical means i/c carriage of material within all leades & lifts (63 to 45mm).

Water bound macadam grading 3:- P/L spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the requried density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405 by mechanical means i/c carriage of material within all leades & lifts (53 to 22.4mm).

P/A primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base i/c cleaning of raode surface & spraying primaer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using machanical means as per technical specification clause 502 SS-1 @ 0.70-100 kg/sqm.

P/A tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.30-0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Bituminous Macadam:- P/L bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the require grade and alignment and rolled to achive the desired compaction as per technical specification. (Bituminous s-90) @ 72.43 kg/cum.

Bituminous Concrete:- P/L & rolling 30mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 T PH batch type hot mix plant providing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour crushed aggregates of grading premixes with bituminous binder, @ 5.40 to 5.60% of mix and fillar, transporting the hot mix to working site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the requried grade & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tender roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specifcations clause No. 508 complete in all respect. using VG-10/S-90 bitumminous binder type-B (by mechanical means).

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 as per design in single row:- for culverts on 1st class bedding of granular material in double row i/c fixing coller with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding exacavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets as per clause 600mm dia.

Providing aconcrete for plain/reinforced corete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. PCC garde M10 naminal mix 1:3:6
