Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exe 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Materials and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in footpath, hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for block masonry wall using solid blocks of precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate block exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar(1:6) as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses , lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement morter (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces drain/channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50 metres but not exceeding 100 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with compound of grade 'A' thickness of concrete slab 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 10000 Ltr capacity hoisted and fixed in position, connecting with existing pipes all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes, 63 mm dia, SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
