Demolition of concrete cement (un-reinforced) in any position n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing from site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in seismic and other similar bands, base of water tanks, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in pressed steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from RCC / PVC tank capacity of tanks exc. 250 ltrs and up to 500 ltrs by emptying, drying, cleaning with chlorine/washing powder by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe with new tank connection fitting in the same position after cleaning and marking the date of cleaning on the tank with paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Writing "CLEANED ON DD/MM/YY" on service water tank with letters or figures (Block. Roman) of size 10 cm high and min 10cm wide each using stencil. (ii) Back ground of tank painting with white / black paint.

S&F in repair 15mm long body bib taps fancy type cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed for iron piper or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated surfaces of over head resevoior 50000 Gln capacity upto 30 mtr stating heigt and including all cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds ,moss and efflorescence salts and treading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint of approved colour/ shade as in camoufage pattern to wall/ceiling surfaces complete all as specified & directed. Note : The rates is inclusive of all necessary safety equipment and arrangements like safety harness, ropes & safety jackets etc

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel and Iron work of stair case, railing and CI pipes of over head resevoior 50000 Gln capacity upto 30 mtr stating heigt and including all cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds ,moss and efflorescence salts and treading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved color / shade complete all as specified & directed. Note : The rates is inclusive of all necessary safety equipment and arrangements like safety harness, ropes & safety jackets etc

Dismantling roofs, floors (other than ground floors), (reinforced), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, old RCC tanks and similar suspended work and surface made good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- The demolished material should be disposed off out side the MOD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above fact.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)
