Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Supply delivery and filling of Quarry Stone Dust in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of M-Sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement Four M-Sand Eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Vibrated RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five M-Sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

With Strutting

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M-Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5(One cement five M-Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of M-Sand ) 20mm. Thick using river M-Sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Plastic Emultion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and M-Sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site. Site will be shown by the TWAD Board officers including construction of mud pit.

Reaming 140/150 mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the TWAD Board Officer.

Supply of the following casing pipes of ISI approved quality with wall thickness not less than 7.5mm to 8.5mm with PVC couplers and cement Paste etc. Complete and including packing the annular space with pebbles quality and size of pebbles and the PVC pipe should be approved by the departmental officer.

Labour Charges for inserting PVC Casing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the executive engineers TWAD Board

Charges for developing the borewell with air compressor of 300 cfm capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by TWAD Board officers and conducting yield test by 'V' notch method.

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank 1000 litres capacity as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges as directed by TWAD Board Officers etc.,

Supply and fixing of 3 core PVC insulated 2.5Sq.mm U.G cable.

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump conforming to IS 8034/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase 230 V+/- 10 %, 50 HZ +/- 5 % 20Lpmx60m

Supply and delivery of Single phase Panel Board 1HP with two level guard and auto start including all charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Labour charges for the erection of Centrifugal Pumpset/ Monoblock Pumpset including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour SD 53

Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DPIC Switch of 500 V with metal clad with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board , with earth connection only SD 144

Earthing as per P.W.D standard with an earth electrode of 2 Mtr. Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.

supplying and Delivery of G.I and P.V.C pipes medium as per IS 1239/PART/90 including cutting , threading and fixing charges as directed by the departmental officer.
