Fabrication and Erection of 1 KL Oil Tank with Heater and Oil Tray at the Workshop Gauriganj, Barabanki, Sultanpur and Sohawal under EWD-Ayodhya

Supply and Installation of Heavy duty Mono Block T/F oil pump rating 1 HP Single phase.

Supply and Installation of pipe lines using heavy duty C class pipe along with valves and T joint connector, L-bow etc and digging of Naali (15 Cm wide and 30 Cm deep) on the floor/wall (30 Cm wide and 15 Cm deep) for laying of pipe line, fixing pipe line and filling the Naali back by CC ratio 1:2 complete job.

(i) 25 mm thick G.I. Pipe conforming to IS 1239 part-1 (2004) (OD-33.7mm)

(ii) Brass Valves 25 mm (Gate type) confirming to IS 1239

(iii) Brass Valves 25 mm (Ball type) confirming to IS 1239

(iv) Nitrile rubber Hose pipe (Steel wire braided) 25 mm (Oil withstanding temperature 1000C)

(v) T Connector 25 mm of G.I. conforming to IS 1239 part-1(2004)

(vi) L-bow of 25 mm G.I. conforming to IS 1239 part-1 (2004)

(Vii) Oil flow measurement unit & dispensing nozzles for 25 mm dia hose pipe & fixing on one in of hose pipe.

Providing & fixing of Electrical control panel for operation of motor with appropriate size Cu. Cables, switches, indicators complete in all respect confirming to ISS.

Fabrication & Supply of Oil Tank of size 3'x3'x4' with M.S. sheet of 3 mm thick. Fitting of 2 no. 3 kw Heating Elements and Control Board Consisting 1no. Digital Indicator, Temperature Controller Switch, 25Amp connected with thermostat Single Phase contactor Duly Mounted on Tank. Including Providing stand of MS steel channel 100x50 mm suitable for above oil tank (All material provided by the contractor)

Providing and Fixing of one layer Glass Wool around the above oil tanks duly supported with mosquito net with clamps.

Fabrication & Supply of Oil Tray of size 3.5'x6'x4'' with M.S. sheet 4 mm thick with handle (All material provided by the contractor)
