Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate, rail,braces etc complete , prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook or hinges and hanging fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A, completer. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS framed work (Ornamental type intricate design) as in gate including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc all as per sample approved and fixed in position .complete. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling fencing posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC.) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground to match with the adjoining surface and steel scrap taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel angle fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc and embedding in concrete post and struts in fencing including securing bolts and cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including removal of rubbish off the premises and steel scrap taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, and mass concrete or similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns pillars, piers post and struts of similar items etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Steel form work for flat rough finished surfaces to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Materialand labour for Steelformwork to rough finished surfaces of concrete square or rectangular to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc finished fair and evencomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 12 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete,levelling courses and sub base etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete,levelling courses and sub base etc including demolition of existing unserviceable concrete of any description and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the adjoining surface and removal of rubbish off the premises and serviceable items taken as credit .complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains, coping ,bed blocks etc. including necessary form work/ moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing Precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 1:2:4, Type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed . Note :Pre cast frame shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed . Note :Make of GI Barbed wire : SAIL/TATA/RINL

Description all as per item No.20 here in before but restraining and resecuring the existing barbed wire including making good staples etc. complete all as specified and as directed . .

Supply and fix in repair 600mm dia concertina coil fencing conforming to IS 4454 Part-I, made out of 2.6mm (+ or - 2%) dia of steel core wire galvanised and with anti rust coating (Black colour), with coils not less than 51 turns for an effective stretched length of 6m with 2 handles, duly placed on existing supports over security/ compound walls and tied with 2mm dia binding wire and the spikes at the ends of coils embedded into PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed. Note: PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Rubber coated chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments and glossy finish on top, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in pathways, etc. including dismantling of existing unserviceable stone slab/tiling alongwith cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Cement concrete (1:3:6) type `C1`( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even and fair withou using extra cement and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate ,surface finished even and smooth without using extra cementt and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of surfaces of old cement painted surfaces of walls, pilasters, cornices, etc.,and applying one coat ofcement based paint, any colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking colour paver block 55 - 60mm thick any shape and size with glossy finish on top confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55-60mm thickness, with grey cement M-35 grade and including dismantling of existing unserviceable tiles of any description etc and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for 50 mm thick Crushed stone sand (M-sand/ Robo Sand/i-Sand) filling under interlocking paver blocks including spreading ,levelling , watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking colour paver block 80mm thick any shape and size with glossy finish on top confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55-60mm thickness, with grey cement M-40 grade and including dismantling of existing unserviceable tiles of any description etc and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix 18-20mm thick Granite slab (Galaxy Black colour ) on Concrete surface/walls surface using marble dust with admixture pigment to match with the shade of granite over backing coat of 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface/brick walls/block masonry surface to receive grainite stone and including dismantling of existing unserviceable tiles of any description etc and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,lay GI pipe light grade,80mm bore including all fittings for mechanical protection of cable and fixing for LED post lantern on top of RCC pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or lime cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc including removal of rubbish off the premises and serviceable items taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ove a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
