Disconnection of the PLC start delta 22 KW starter panel from main supply to isolate the system for the repairing/ renovation of starter Panel of Tube Well no.- T 72 and T76 (2 nos.) at Yamuna flood plain area.
Removing the outlived, brunt and our heated control wiring from the system of panels very carefully and isolating the panel.
Removing/dismantling all defective switch gears such as power contacts, control relays, MCCBs, push buttons and indicating lamps etc. as per the site requirement.
SITC the following switch gears and accessories in the existing panel :- a) MCCB, thermal type, 100A, FP, Breaking capacity – 25 kA. Make - Schneider Electric.
b) MCCB Door Handle. Make - Schneider Electric.
a) Aux Contact 1NO + 1NC. Make - Schneider Electric.
a) Power Contactor for main/delta/star (AC3), 50A. Make - Schneider Electric.
a) Power Contactor for phase sequence (AC1), 50A. Make - Schneider Electric.
a) Over load relay thermal type with base, 23-32 A. Make- Schneider Electric.
a) Timer star/delta, 230 VAC. Make - Schneider Electric.
a) Protection relay earth fault with CBCT, 30 mA. Make – GIC/equivalent.
a) Phase loss + under voltage + over voltage ppr, 230 VAC. Make - GIC/equivalent.
a) Phase sequence relay, 415 VAC. Make- GIC/Minilec.
a) Multi function meter with RS-485(EM6436), 50/5A. Make- Schneider Electric.

SITC the following PLC/RTU System in the existing panel :- a) RTU/PLC Processor digital input 14 nos. digital output 10 no’s. Analog input 2 nos. Analog output 2 no’s. Auxiliary Supply 24V DC with required programming. Make - Schneider Electric/any approved make.
a) UPS Back up off line UPS 625 VA. Make – Microtech.
a) SMPS 24VDC, 5A, 24 VDC. Make - Meanwell.
a) Relay Board 08 channel, 24 VDC. Make- Elemax.
a) Surge Protector 1 PH, 230 VAC. Make- CITEL/ Schneider Electric.
SITC the following Capacitor Bank (12.5 KVAR) in the existing panel :- a) MCCB, 50 Amps, 50 KA. Make - Schneider Electric.
a) Contactor for capacitor (10 KVAR). Make – EPCOS.
a) Contactor for capacitor (2/1 KVAR). Make – EPCOS.
a) Capacitor Bank 10 KVAR, MPP normal duty type , 440 VAC. Make – Epcos/L&T/Fcos.
a) Capacitor Bank 2 KVAR, MPP normal duty type , 440 VAC. Make – Epcos/L&T/Fcos.
a) Capacitor Bank 1 KVAR, MPP normal duty type , 440 VAC. Make – Epcos/L&T/Fcos.
a) Push Button for start/stop, Green/3, Red/3. Make- Schneider Electric/AE.
a) Indication lamp for capacitor ON/OFF, Green/3, Red/3, 230 V AC.Make- Schneider Electric/AE.
Thorough cleaning of Step-Down transformer by using CTC/MTO and checking the connection and inter-connections and finally Varnishing with Dr.Beck F-Class insulation varnish and baking the same. Testing of the Transformers.
Rewiring of the panel with suitable sized copper conductor wire, thimble and lugs etc.
Testing of the panel on no load and on full load. Includes main connection with lugs and thimbles.
Repairing the existing enclosure of size – 1000 x 1000x 500 mm having work of fixing hinges, locking arrangement, gasket etc. as required.
Painting of thePLC start delta 22 KW starter panel with two or more coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of steel primer after cleaning the surface and preparing the base as required
