REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF ROADS UNDER AoR OF GE (N) AKHNOOR

Material and labour for repair to pot holes, any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned suface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and applying by providing evenly a priming/track coat with cold bitminious emulsion / Bituminious Primer by using paving bitumen of grade VG-10, @5Kg/10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam with paving bitumen (Grade VG-30) @4% by weight of total Mix including cement filler, mix in hot mix plant laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power raod roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant and is laid with mechinical paver rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber and rolled to uniform smooth surface by using smooth surface by using with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2.5 mm thick Hot thermo plastic road marking material strips, line dashes, arrows letters etc on road pavement width not exceeding 10 cm wide in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC35-1970, conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 35, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator or equivalent

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make : Dark Eye / Sinor/ Green light

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dark Eye or equivalent in Greenlite / Gogla plastics

Supply and fixing speed breaker of size 450mm width and of height 45-50mm made out of strong weather-resistant hardened rubber capable to with stand weight of the vehicles comprises of segments of colour black/yellow. Length of one segment 450-500mm and haing 2 x2 = 4 numbers glass reflective lenses suitable for fixed with 4 steel zinc plated 12 x 120mm nails at site as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Paving Bitumen grade VG-30. ( For Price adjustment in Job Mix Formula) Rate is Rs 60.00 per Kg.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of Rs 850.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
