Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant along with softening plant as per following descriptions (a) IRON REMOVAL PLANT FILTER capacity of 5000 GPH (size 1600mmdia and 1500mm height),closed,Vertical, single deck and multi grade type with internals, MS frontal pipe work inlet to outlet terminals with valves of suitrable size including specially graded filter sand media with supporting under bed media of required quantity, pressure gauges to monitor head loss etc.- 01 No (b) Oxidation Chamber of capacity of 5000 GPH (size 800 dia and 1000mm height) complete with MS pressure vessel of suitable size with internals MS frontal pipe work of suitable size, inlet to outlet terminals, including specially graded oxidising media with supporting under bed media. -01 No (c) Interconnecting Pipes -Mild steel interconnection pipe Grade-B of suitable size painted internally with 2 coats of potable quality anticorrosive bituminous black paint and externally 2 coats of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete. (d) AIR Compressor -01 Nos of suitable capacity (e) Filter media consituting of barakar sand and gravels of size 25to 15mm,15mm to 6mm,6mm to 3mm and 3mm to 1.5 mm qty as required complete. (f0 catalytic media consituting of MnO2 compound qty as required complete (g) Cholorine dosing unite with all accessories cap-6 litrs/ hr at 4 Kg pressure and 100 ltrs cap FRP settinling cum solution contaner filled with motor, gear agitator, level gauge, lid and inlet/outlet connection complete 01 Job.

Taking down iron remover plant compete with pressure filter, filter, catalytic media, air compressor, back washing facility including RCC foundation of capacity 5000 gallon/hr and deposite to the MES yard complete all as directed.

Supply and fix valves, sluice, flanged of class 1.6N. 100 mm (4’’) dia complete all as directed.

Supply and laying 100 mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete on walls/floor/trenchess or laid in floors all as specified and directed.
