Firm should quote the specific Make/Brand in single offer not multi Make/Brand. If any received with multi brand offer may be rejected.

Firms should upload along with offer their supply performance (duly supported with documents like Inspection certificate,Receipt Note,Payment Receipt Particulars.) i,e supplies made by them for same/similar items on this Railways and other Railways, in preceding three years from tender closing date, in support of their performance. Non-submission of such documents shall be taken as they are not having any such past performance and their offers shall be considered further as per extent rules and no back reference in this regard will be made to them..

Firm must upload past experience ( R/Note or CRN) for supplying this item/ similar item to any shed/depot of Indian Railways or any Govt. Sectors.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

By consignee at consignee end after receipt of materials

GC/WC: GC/WC/WTC /IC ,must be submitted along with supply as per latest IRS terms & conditions.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

Packing:As per IRS/OEM

Marking: Manufacturers identifications mark along with month & year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or on boxes/ cartons as per drawing/specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

Material to be delivered at Inspector/RPF/DQM/Sealdah under Sr.DSC/RPF/Sealdah.
