12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Construction of EPDM based Jogging Track complete with following process at site. Supply and Application of Colored EPDM base 10 mm having Ecofriendly Colored EPDM Granules of more than 35% rubber content bonded with PU Binder having Low VOC and High Elongation 7.0 kg EPDM Granules must be consummated per 1 sqmt, 2 layer of Colored water born PU spray with Colored EPDM Granules with high pressure spray machine in spray coat, EPDM Granules consumption in spray coat will be1.0 kg per square meter and Colored Hybrid water born two component PU top coat consumption will be 1.0 kg per square meter. The top coat spray thickness will be 2 mm approx.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm
