REPAIR TO AREA DRAINAGE, PATH HARD STANDING, FENCING, CULVERTS AND SECURITY WALL AND MISC WORK AT MD ACCN OF KANDIVALI AND MALAD UNDER GE (N) SANTACRUZ

Clearing the area/site including cutting of bushes/shrubs etc and making good the site , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, PCC coping etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2. above portion of dismantling only

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 5 above but except brick(old brick obtained vide Ite no. 2 & 3 here-in-above to be re used in this items)

Material and labour for walling random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 7 above but except stone (old stones obtained vide Ite no. 2 & 3 here-in-above to be re used in this items)

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aqggregate), with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel for drain complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
