Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 593.5X593.5mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, Sag resistance, TEGULAR 15 BE panel with latex finish Light Reflectance > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round Steel section of 0.30 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x38mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x38 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm,

spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-incharge.

With 15 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6)

Making and fixing of aluminum partitions and doors in position after sorting required sections as per the drawing with available material of aluminum sections, particle board, glass panels and snap on beading including fixed with new rawl plugs and screws, neoprene gasket or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be cleaned properly, and shall be mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The available aluminium materia, glass, board etc., excluding screws as is where is basis in stacked condition wiil be supplied by the department at no cost. Cost includes shifting of materials from the building store to the workplace. Finished area of partition with board/glass panels/grill shall be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing of sun control film over glass windows with out any bubbling over the surface and making surface good etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing nylon sliding roller wheel 20mm dia under the aluminium window shutters for arranging sliding movement to movable shutters of required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : .

Providing and fixing latch type handle in aluminium window shutters of high-quality aluminium and durable plastic for arranging locking arrangement for the movable shutters of required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : .(a)75 mm

Dismantling of exisiting damaged wooden flooring and cleaning the flooring with solvent to remove the adhesive and disposal of damaged wooden flooring etc., complete all as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing GI woven wire mesh (Kabothar JalI) of aperture 5.45mm (0.9mm thick) of approved quality at the junction between of brick wall and concrete surfaces fixing with nails etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate includes cost of material, taxes, transportation, loading and unloading charges etc. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Intense deep cleaning of existing wall paneling in conference hall of height 2.55 m including cleaning of fittings like glass doors etc., all complete by using chemical, soap solutions, detergents(Colin, Roff or equivalent) with hand or machine etc., for removing all stains etc., all complete as per directions of Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing corroded SECOLAR windows with frame of size 3.00x 1.80 m , making good the wall surfaces with cement mortar etc., as directed by Engineer-in- charge. The work is to be executed in 2th floor of the building and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Removing and refixing the existing conference tables ( seven rows and one center table) by dismembering them properly and numbering the same, placing them in a chronological order in safe place and reassembling the tables after laying the flooring in the conference hall etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge. ( removing and refixing of conference hall tables will be measured as one job). Any extra new material/fittings used as per the direction of engineer in charge will be paid separately.

Extra for powder coating to aluminium extruded sections (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) (Aluminium sections are issued by departmentat no cost). The rate includes to&fro transporation charges of aluminium material to the powder coating plant including all incidental charges )

Dismantling of existing aluminium partitions, doors and other frames including dismembering, proper numbering, stacking and placing all the materials at the required place in the building as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Area of partition being dismantled shall be measured for payment)
