Outsourcing for operation of Pump house installation and 11 KV main receiving compact substation, with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts of 8 hours per day for seven days in a week at Pump House and DG Set room, LT Panel Boards & Street lights to be on/off in morning and evening near crash bay at ALG Ziro consisting of following machineries (all located at different places distance within 300 m to each other place) for water supply and electric supply including operation of all outgoing valves, water mains, panels etc all as directed :- (a) Bore well with submersible of pumping set capacity 5 HP, 415 Volts 50 Hz, Make : KSB-01 No. (b) Booster pump of mono block/centrifugal type with electric motor of cap-5HP, 415 Volts. 50HZ - 01 No. (c) Liquid Chlorine dozing pump - 01 No. (d) Bleaching Dozer - 01 No (e) DG set 320 KVA with AMF /LT panel - 02 Nos (f) CSS 315 KVA with VCBs, Outgoing LT 440V MCCBs-2 Nos (g) DG Set 35 KVA with LT Panel -01 No (h) DG Set 15 KVA with LT Panel -01 No (j) LT Panel Boards of different capacities and out going mains- (k) Street lights located within one kilometer of radius of installation. Note: (i) Manning shall be round the clock and shall be operated on requirement basis as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rate quoted rate is inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (iii) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time (iv) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date)

Outsourcing of manning and operation of installations (both(i)&(ii) located at one place), with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day of 08 hours seven days in a week each shift at DM Range:- (i) Bore well pump house installed with electric driver submersible pumping set 5 HP, 440 Volt 50 Hz with manually operated DOL starter with suction and delivery 50mm/ 50mm all as directed. (ii) Power house installed with DG set of 40 KVA, 440 Volt, 50 Hz-02 No. and DG set 62.5 KVA, 440 volt, 50 Hz-01 No. Note: (i) Rate quoted rate is inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time (iii) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date)

Collection of water sample one bottle of treated water (filtered water) and One bottle of untreated water (ground water) from pump house at ALG Ziro and DM Range under GE (AF) Tezpur and submitting for Chemical analysis of water, iron contents with standards of quality for drinking water at Defence Research Laboratory (DRL) Tezpur (Assam) and submission of report complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. Testing charges shall be borne by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate of the item. 2. Unit rates of this item inludes the cost of transportation chargesof sample from pump house to laboratory including submitting test report to Engineer-in-Charge. 3. Contractor shall also provide sterlized plastic bottles of adequate capacity for collection of water sample and cost of same is included in the unit rate of this item. 4. Two Nos chemical analysis of water sample will be incoporated at ALG Ziro and same(02 Nos) will be incorporated at DM Range
