Hiring of 5 Nos. 60 HP sewage submersible pumps suitable for operation on 3-phase, 50 Hz AC power supply, including installation at site at depths up to 5 metres, complete with motor, starter, and capable of passing solids of minimum 100 mm size, along with all required accessories such as power cabling, control panels, connections, interconnections, etc., including complete installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance as required, and execution of the work in accordance with the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring of 250 kVA DG set without diesel, but including all other consumables such as lubricants, grease, mobil oil, etc., complete with making all necessary connections and interconnections, and including installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance as required, all in accordance with the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring of 150 kVA DG set without diesel, but including all other consumables such as lubricants, grease, mobil oil, etc., complete with making all necessary connections and interconnections, and including installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance as required, all in accordance with the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Operation of three (03) sewage submersible pump sets by deployment of required manpower, including supply and handling of POL (diesel) for operation of DG sets. The scope includes cartage, safe storage, and filling of diesel in tanks, as well as all associated activities necessary for smooth and continuous operation, complete in all respects, as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Operation of two (02) sewage submersible pump sets by deployment of required manpower, including supply and handling of POL (diesel) for operation of DG sets. The scope includes cartage, safe storage, and filling of diesel in tanks, as well as all associated activities necessary for smooth and continuous operation, complete in all respects, as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel (MS) pipes up to 400 m length, fabricated/manufactured from MS plates of steel grade Fe-410 conforming to IS 3589:2001 (with latest amendments), or from HR coils of equivalent grade, on hiring basis. The pipes shall be coated with one coat of approved primer and finished with anti-corrosive bituminous paint, including proper surface preparation, complete in all respects, as per relevant IS specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The pipes are to supplied on hiring basis. a) 300mm internal nominal dia., 6mm thick.

The scope includes making connections at the outfall point, testing, and ensuring proper functioning of the pipeline system. The item also includes dismantling and removal of the MS pipeline after completion of the work, including handling and stacking, complete in all respects, as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
