Widening and strengthening of Kuberstan Piparajtampur Khanwar road in district Kushinagar.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings and trees. girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unseviceble materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used of auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 20 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK-90 and Tipper with Disposal uoto 1000 :- Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m As perSr No. 3.6 & MoRT&H Specification Ref. Construction of Embankment with material deposited from Roadway cutting :-:Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 As perSr No. 3.17 & MoRT&H Specification Ref. No. 305 (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits -Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates from approved quarry to Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant,, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub basae/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MORTH specification 406.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Primer Coat :- Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means..(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

DBM:- Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grade-II Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects..(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying tack coat ( over bituminous surface) with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As perSr No. 5.2 & MoRT&H Specification Ref. No. 503 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess..(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

BC:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction As per Sr No. 5.8 & MoRT&H Specification Ref. No. 509 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess..(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Construction of sub-grade and erthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. As perSr No. 3.18 MoRT&H Specification Ref. No. 305 .(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure/Super Structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing, Laying & fixing of 1000 mm dia Hume pipe NP-3 type. As per S.I.No. 458 -2003 (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in sub structure as per technical specification(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (Ioam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead up to 30meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of neccessary quantity of sand including watering and supply of all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Cement concrete with 4.0 cm gauge approved stone grits, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials labour and tools plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work. (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Class 150 Sub class 'A' brick work in 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials labour and T & P etc. required for the proper completion of the work. (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Same as in item 21 above but in super structure and including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required and including honey comb brick work in cluding supply and errection of necessary scaffolds etc.and thickness of walls not less than 1.50 brickss (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

M 25 grade R.C.C. work in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (1 part of cement 1 part of approved coarse sand and 2 part of 20mm nominal size stone grites) in raft foundations excluding the supply of reinforcement but including its bending, binding the same with 24 BWG, GI binding wire and also including cost of wire and including providing and fixing necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply of all other materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work. (Labour rate including cost of centering & shuttering) as per analysis of rate. (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Same as in item 23 but in M25 grade of R.C.C. bed blocks, deck slabs, approach slabs in proportation of 1:1:2 (1 part of cement 1 part of approved coarse sand and 2 part of 20mm nominal size stone grites) As per analysis of rate (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Supply fitting and placing HYSD Bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drwaing and Technical Specifications .(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and two parts of fine sand of 1.25 finencess modulous on brick work including raking the joints washing and cleaing and supply of all matreials labour and tools and plants required for the proper completion of the work.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

P/L of wearing coat /CC flour of Cement concrete with 2.0 cm gauge approved stone grits, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 2:1:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work over bridge slab. Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Boorrow Pit with a lift of 1.50 m. and transporting upto site. spreading,grinding to required slope and compacting to meet requirement to table no. 30.1 and 300.2 with lead upto 3 Km. as per clause 301.5 (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

New Brick Soling on edge for Diversion of Traffic . (With New Bricks) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Supply fitting and placing HYSD Bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drwaing and Technical Specifications .(GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Maintenance of constructed road for next five year after completion of work shall be paid. as per GO No 17/2024/सा०-113/23-1-2024-23-1099-113/2023 लोक निर्माण विभाग अनुभाग-1 दिनांक 16.01.2024 एवं कार्यालय प्रमुख अभियन्ता यातायात वर्ग लो०नि०वि० लखनऊ का पत्रांक-3689 सी-ओ०पी०आर०एम०सी०/मूल-23-24 दिनांक 17.02.2024. Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in chage regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable). Ist year Maintenance cost will be total construction of cost Item No. 1 to 33 @ Zero percent & for 2nd year @ 0.25%
