Material and labour 1st quality vitrified parking tiles of approved shade, 10 mm thickness, area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching coloured polymer cement based grout to match complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry walls, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
