Procurement of Cartridge Filter Element

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The intending bidder should have supplied Cartridge Filter Element of purchase order worth not less than Rs.1.22Lakhs for power plant/ any process industries in a single purchase order in the preceding five financial years and PO copy shall be uploaded in e-portal (signed past PO copy as a proof).

The intending bidder shall be a Manufacturer (OEM) /OES/ Authorized Dealer/ Supplier for Cartridge Filter Element. As a proof the bidder shall upload valid registration certificate issued by competent authority in case of manufactures & dealership certificate from manufacturer in case of authorized dealers

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.2.45Lakhs for any two years during preceding five financial years. As a proof, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant

Bidder should submit 2 Nos of Catridge Filter elements as sample to the purchaser on returnable basis. Only the sample approved bidders pricebid will be opened. Purchaser decision is the final.

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.

The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
