Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 1.50m lift and 30 m lead, transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement surface.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel joller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying,spreading and compactin stone aggergates of specific sizes (45 to 63mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stonescreening/binding materials to fill-up th interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Techincal Clause 405(2)

Providing, laying, spreading and compactin stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4 to 53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camer applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compactin to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405(3)

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8 cm. (3") wide and 12 cm (4.5") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mechincal means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as pre Technical Specification Clause 503

Provinding, laying and rolling of open-graded premoix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying an rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat ot Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing, laying seal coat sealing the viids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type 'C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
