SH-I: SITC of ALCMS

Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS), Type 'L 890 BB' as per the requirements of FAA Advisory Circular No. AC 50/5345 - 56B (Current edition) and additional circuits / mechanisms / interfaces for control & monitoring of constant current regulators (CCRs) & fixed circuits such as Landing - H, Wind cones, Apron High Mast flood lights, Beacon lights etc., as mentioned in Annexure-I, to make them compatible with ALCMS, Data & Power Cabling, Earthing etc., including spare PLC and I/O modules, all hardware and software, licenses & other items as required for successful operation of the system in line with the scope of work, details of equipments, equipments specification, performance criteria etc., complete as required. Two vault processor should be provided both running in parallel for redundancy in operation etc as required. (ALCMS Make: ADB Safegate/Eaton Crouse – Hind/Flight Light/Honeywell/ NASU Systems/Electro Systems)

SH-II: Supply and Laying of OFC cable

Supply and laying of Single mode 6 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) (ISI marked) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC- 60794 with up to date amendments, etc., complete as required through HDPE pipe of 40 mm dia.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of PN 6 and PE 63 of following size ISI marked, HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc., conforming to IS 4984 with upto date amendments complete as required direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required. 40 mm dia

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of PN 6 and PE 63 of following size ISI marked, HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, couplers etc., conforming to IS 4984 with upto date amendments complete as required on wall surface/cable tray with necessary Clamps/Cable ties at required intervals as required. 40 mm dia

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of PN 6 and PE 63 of following size ISI marked, HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc., conforming to IS 4984 with upto date amendments complete as required in the existing Cable trench / Hume Pipe / masonry duct. 40 mm dia

Supply and fixing of Single mode 6 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) (ISI marked) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC- 60794 with up to date amendments, etc., as loop inside the vault processors/Open duct/ surface including providing cable tie/ mounting clamps etc., complete as required.

Supply and laying of 1.1 KV grade 16C 2.5 mm2 armoured Copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed control cable as per IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1998 respectively with upto date ammendments, etc., complete as required. through HDPE pipe of 40 mm dia.

Supply and laying of 1.1 KV grade 8C 2.5 mm2 armoured Copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed control cable as per IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1998 respectively with upto date ammendments, etc., complete as required. through HDPE pipe of 40 mm dia.

SH III: AICMC OF ALCMS

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of complete ALCMS & other related hardwares and softwares including all spares and consumables, providing full support during breakdown & trouble shooting, programming, carrying out quarterly routine maintenance checks, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practices, recommendations of the respective equipment manufacturers and instructions of engineer-in-charge for maintaining the systems. This includes keeping the system in acceptable functional and serviceable state etc. as specified including cost of all spare parts.

Second Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Second Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.02 cost

Third Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Third Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.03 cost

Fourth Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Fourth Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.04 cost

Fifth Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Fifth Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.05 cost
