Construction of Gramin Haat in the Parking area MC Building near lift Shimla ( SH-Dismantaling , Demolishing of Existing Sheds and construction of KIOSKS ( with Zmartbuild Q-Con steel Reinforced Wall of NXTBLOC and stretch fabric cloth roofing )

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete within carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand): 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete within carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10(1 Cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate

Providing and fixing in position, Zmartbuid Q-con Steel reinfored wall of NXTBLOC making using necessary tools & equipments to install & fabricate the wall thin Cement mortar 1:3 and fastening the walls at end with steel angle and fasteners etc and making the wall smooth using sand paper etc and applying 2 coats of wall putty etc. completed in all respect as per drawings and specifications and under the overall direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately).

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.1.00 mm Thick

Providing and fixing Pre-laminated medium density fibre board IS: 14587:1998 marked, with one side decorative lamination other side balancing lamination Grade-I(exterior grade) in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be sealed with PVC edge bending tape 2.00 mm thick of approved brand (fittings to be paid separately). Pre-laminated with decorative lamination one side and other side balancing lamination exterior Grade - I MDF Board 25 mm thick confirming to IS:14587

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shaрe & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-inCharge. For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of 600mm X 600mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3,30 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
