M&L for structural repairs to columns, beams, slabs and chajjas at maximum height of 16 mts including scaffolding and safety measurements completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge in following steps as mentioned below 1) Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 3) M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the old surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffit of beams, columns etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

M&L for providing CRS TMT bars any dia in various structural RCC elements like columns, beams, Slabs etc. including cutting, bending, fixing of bars with welding/ tying as required at site with & including binding wires etc. and all relevant works like anchoring of the bars in the existing RCC Members, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete and removing the retrieved debris out side MD land, all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces etc. to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC(water proofing compound) as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hold fast, bed plate etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0km complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

i) M&L for preparation of surface including cleaning of all dirts and provide the following water proofing treatment in Accessible Roof/Inaccessible Roof & terrace, narrow width over the roof gutter of store houses or chajjas etc. ii) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25 gm/Sqm manufacturer by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87-0-89 Kg litr at 25 c on the prepared dry roof surface provide and lay APP modified water proofing membrance reinforced with non wooven polyster matt with physical properties as under :- (aa) Membrane Weight - not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm (ab) Non woven polyster weight - 160 gm /Sqm (ac) Joint Tensile strength Longiutinal - 650 N/Sqcm Tranverseand longitudnal - 350/Sqcm (ad) Tear strength Longiutinal - 300N /cm Tranverse - 250N/cm Direction (ae) Impermeability underwater pressure 2Kgf/Sqcm (iii) APP membrane shall be laid using butaretorch by Torch on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrance shall be got, done through an authroiset applicate of Manufacture of membrane. (iv) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium to inaccesible roof. paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer

M & L for preparation of existing surface by cleaning, removing of loose material and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Epoxy mortar, and applying Smartcare PU Magnum or equivalent is a polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane which offer superior mechincal, chemical, thermal, UV & weather resistant properties,as it is based on pure, elastomeric , hydrophobioc polyurethane coatings at a coverage of 1.6kg per sqmt in 2 coats, of make - ASIAN/ SIKA/ STP/FOSROC or equivalent

M & L for filling of lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) in sunken portion, as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet etc executed in following stages : Stage 1: Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr.Fixit or Shalicrete 'R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fyber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES :(i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid . (ii) The above treatment shall be got executed through applicator of manufacturer and necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall also be produced by the contractor.
