S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame, three lagged of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebated of 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness, moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all over frame. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides including mild steel stay at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F factory made solid FRP door shutter , 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin mouled to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP panels and confirmign to IS 14856-2000 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, exc half brick but not exc one brick for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required.

S & F mild steel work as in bands, straps, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, wind ties,hook for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, plate washers & similar small articles conforming to grade E-165 (Fe-290).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debrish from site to out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free anti skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n.exc. 0.18sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

All as per item No.33 above but in vertical surfaces as dado,skirting,walls etc laid over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick of size not less than 600mmx600mmm laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc of any description including removing debrish from site to out side defence land all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Cement plastering/ screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces using WPC @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth (b) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat @ 0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. thickness.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including use of necessary form work,cutting joints and filled with sand bitumen mastic all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, window cills, kerb stone for foot path and similar items with plain fair finishing including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit of not less than 25 mm dia, medium grade ISI marked with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories and one single core 4.0 Sqmm multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire in concelead wiring system including making good the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one SPN MCB 20 amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F exhaust fan of metallic body complete 300mm sweep AC 230 volts, single phase supply complete with louvers nuts, bolts, washers etc embeded in the wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
