Providing, fitting and testing of tap changer rotary switch/ regulator to 450 kVA voltage stabilizer of nominal size 18 sq. inch. The job includes removal of damaged old rotary and replacement of same by new one (Unit no. 4 in phase 1st and no. 4 in 2nd.)

Providing and fitting of 300/ 400 sq mm aluminum thimbles (as per sample) for connecting and terminating aluminum cables duly crimped (20 Nos.). The job includes providing and fitting of aluminum clamp pad (of appropriate size as per sample, 03 Nos.) for connecting aluminum cable with 1.6 MVA transformer. The job also includes repairing of shorts in aluminum cable by means of retaping the cable using cable joint M-seal Tapes (2 Boxes), Mono plast tapes (12 Nos.) and Corton Tape roll (2 Nos.)

Repair to the FASD starter by means of providing and fitting of auto reset Single Phase Preventor (05 Nos.) and the job also includes providing and fitting of 3 Phase, 3 wire Under and Over Voltage monitoring relay (5 Nos.) (Unit no.1 to 5 in phase 2nd). The job further includes providing and fitting of push button (2 Nos.) of reputed make, 01 No. 0-500A Ammeter and providing, fitting and testing of 240V AC Star Delta Timer Delay (within range from 3s up to 120s) DIN mounted electronic timer relay to 325 HP starters (Unit no. 4 in phase 2nd)

Providing and Fitting of 4-pole 415V 800A MCCB with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release type having 50kA breaking capacity. The job includes removal of old MCCB and replacement of same by new one.

Servicing of 11 No. ACBs (3 outside at substation and 8 inside the pump house) by means of cleaning, derusting using derust chemicals and carrying out necessary corrective/ preventive maintenance for smooth functioning of panels. The job includes providing and arranging necessary tools, dhoti cloth etc. as per requirements for carrying out the job. The job also includes renovation of ACB enclosures (3 Nos. located outside) by fixing window sheets to enclosures by means of hinges and providing new window sheets duly painted wherever required (min. 3 Nos.). The job includes welding of cable support frame to support the outgoing cables from 1.6 MVA transformer. The job includes providing and fitting of aluminum bus bars (size 75mm x 18mm; Total around 24 feet length (both outside at substation and inside pump house); cut to length with necessary bends and holes as per site conditions with all fasteners and allied accessories. The job includes insulation of bus bars using tapes etc. The job also includes covering of bus bars by MS wire screen using appropriate supports.

Providing, installation and testing of Motor Starter 5HP equivalent Direct on Line (DOL) (Range 10-15A) including cabling and thimbling (in phase 2nd) for starting vacuum pumps.
